By booking with Houston Mobile Teeth Whitening, you agree to the following:

Our services are cosmetic only and are not a substitute for dental care. Results vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee specific shade results. Existing dental work such as crowns or veneers will not whiten past their original shade. (Contact Us For Further Explanation)

You confirm that you are in good health for treatment. We do not treat clients who are pregnant, nursing, or have untreated dental conditions.

Some clients may experience mild, temporary sensitivity or gum irritation. By receiving the service, you accept these possible effects.

We are a mobile service. Clients must provide a safe and accessible location for the appointment. 

All appointments require notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards.

Aftercare instructions must be followed to maintain results. We are not responsible for reduced results due to improper aftercare.

By booking, you agree to release Houston Mobile Teeth Whitening from liability related to normal treatment side effects.
